These covers will fit the standard Yamaha Drive & Drive2 seat and backrest with measurements approximating:  
Seat- 39.5" to 40.5" long x 19" to 20" wide, 4" to 5" cushion thickness 
Backrest- 35.5" to 36.5" long x 14" to 15" wide, 4" to 5" cushion thickness
