ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order details and delivery address. If you do not receive this email please notify us after checking your spam folder (an incorrect email address may have been entered with your order).
SHIPPING AND FULFILMENT CONFIRMATION
Orders are shipped daily (Monday to Friday). Stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Custom production or larger orders may take longer to dispatch. Once your order has shipped you will receive email notification which will include a link to track your delivery. If you do not receive a fulfilment email within the expected time frame please notify us after checking your spam folder. Times to dispatch for custom orders (including motorcycle seat covers) are usually 3 business days. If you don't see shipping options on the checkout page for your order, please contact us and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
SHIPPING TIMES
Depending on the shipping method chosen, shipments usually take 6-10 business days for regular shipping and about 5 business days for express shipping once the order has been dispatched. You will receive tracking updates via email during its transit. If you have checked the status using the tracking number provided and have any questions about the location of your order, please contact us at contact@cooldrycovers.com.
DUTIES, TAXES and TARIFFS
We don't like surprises any more than you do which is why we endeavor to ship our parcels DDP (deliver duty paid) based on information we have at the time of dispatch. This means that any applicable duty and tariffs have been paid up front on our store and you will not need to pay anything more. Should an additional amount be owed due to a change in the application of duties, taxes or tariffs after your order has been shipped, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If such additional customs fees are not paid, your package may be held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses in such cases.
