At Four Season Products, we believe in the quality of our products. That's why we are pleased to offer a 30 day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, just return it to us for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a product return, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number, and the product in question. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to our Arizona depot for any returned items.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that a refund has been initiated based on your original method of payment.
All Cool Dry Covers come with a 12-month warranty against defective workmanship and materials. To initiate a warranty claim, simply email us at email@example.com with your name, order date and a description of the problem you are having. Please include a photo of the damaged area if possible. Once your request has been examined, we will organise to have the defective unit replaced or repaired. Please note that any 3rd party repairs to our products must be pre-authorised in order to be eligible for a refund of the repair expense. Failure to do so may nullify the warranty of the goods in question.
